Cardio Capoeira:
This cardio-based class is based on traditional components from the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira and includes learning samba moves as well. Come sweat and improve your full-body fitness learning and doing basic kicks, escapes, and simple acrobatic movements used in the martial art of Capoeira. You will increase your cardio ability, your flexibility, and your strength in a fun new format. As an added bonus, you'll burn tons of calories dancing samba to the sizzling hot beats of Brazil.

Kick it up! Punch it out! Kick and punch your way to fitness with our exhilarating cardio kickboxing class.
Hoop It Up!:
Getting fit is child's play! Have a blast using the hula hoop to tone and strengthen your body. No hula hoop experience needed. Limited to 10 participants. Feel free to bring your own weighted fitness hoop if you like!
Open Circuit:
Open Circuit - A new program designed just for you so you can workout how you want, when you want. A great
supplement to your weekly fitness programs, Open Circuits are
hour long total body workouts designed by our Fit Plus Team.
Each day there is a different workout focusing on toning your
entire body and increasing your cardio resistance. And the best part? You can choose what
time you want to work out. The workout of the day is posted online and Fit
Plus members can even log onto our FitPlus page and view the video clips of the workout being done
by our Fit Plus Team before arriving at the Studio. While Open Circuits are generally conducted
without an instructor to guide you, you can view many of the workouts in the studio during
your session via video feed at the studio. These videos will give you additional tips and show
you proper form. Special open circuits also include Open Hoop and Open Arcade.
Piloxing:
Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.
Playground:

Slim & Sculpt:
Get long, lean and toned! This class will help you fit in and stay in those skinny jeans and more! Holidays meals have you barely squeezing into your fav jeans? Bye-bye, Old Man Winter. This class will get you through all seasons. While everyone is hiding behind bulky sweaters, blazers and stiff corduroys, you'll be stepping out with the winter white sleeveless!
Strength & Align:
Let the stress melt away. This class fuses simple strong and expressive yoga, pilates and dance movements, promoting relaxation and meditation and feelings of serenity and calm while strengthening and toning your entire body. Class may sometimes use weights, medicine balls and bands for some strength moves.
Total Body Blast:
Full body sculpting using weights, medicine balls and your own body weight. Ab work included.
This class is specifically designed for moms-to-be helping them stay fit during their pregnancies.
Bella Babes II (Postnatal):
This 6-week session provides new moms the opportunity to get fit without sacrificing playtime. Children should be between 6 weeks and 9 mos.
Mamacitas:
Join the party with the perfect partner - your baby! Get a great workout dancing to popular Latin dance rhythms such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, tango and flamenco, while carrying your baby on a sling or baby carrier. In addition, you will be exposing your new child to Latin and world music while creating a closer relationship with each other. This class is designed only for babies who are still small enough to be carried in a sling or a baby carrier (22 lbs or 6 months). Baby may fall asleep during class due to the soothing effects of the movement. Postpartum mothers must get clearance from their practitioner to participate at less than 6 weeks postpartum. Fathers and caregivers are encouraged to participate.

Burlesque: Dance and Strut with Confidence! Learn sexy burlesque dance moves and then put them all together into a sultry, flirtatiously fun burlesque routine complete with props -- boas, fans, hats, canes and more! Ladies only! No experience required. Be sexy! Be sassy! Be you!
Freak’em: You are sexy! You know it! Now show it! Dance off the inches in a fun flirty way. Learn sexy moves including body rolls, booty pops, hip rolls and other sensual moves. Great basics for those new to striptease and challenging enough for dancers of all levels. Great way to build self-confidence. What to wear? Something comfortable. We suggest: Bring sexy clothes such short skirts, glittery tops, sexy shorts, leg warmers - whatever makes you feel sexy! Bare feet is the norm. This class may include floor work, chair work and burlesque style moves and props. Mostly, this class includes lots of fun!!!
Pole Dance: An introduction to pole dancing. Learn the basic moves and more. A fun and sexy way to burn calories and tone! Limit 2 ladies to a pole.
Pole Spins and Tricks:
Get familiar with the pole, learn choreography, pole tricks and spins. Each week is designed to be more advanced than the last. After taking Pole 101, you may wish to learn even more advanced pole tricks and spins with Pole 102 or improve the skills you have already learned with another session of Pole 101. This session is for 4 weeks. There are no make up classes. Participants are expected to attend all four classes. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. Participants should wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up. Bare feet or sneakers. No street shoes or heels.
