Dr. Dave Montgomery is a board-certified physician and research fellow in the Division of Cardiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Dave, as he is fondly called, has dedicated his early career to helping reverse the trends of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. He is leveraging the social media landscape to coach thousands to attain their best personal health, now!He believes that “the revolution actually WILL be televised.”You will have seen him on WGN’s morning news and ABC’s Windy City LIVE,heard him on WVON and Power92 and read his columns in Ebony Magazine and the Chicago Defender. Dr. Dave is a Chicago native who received his doctorate of medicine from Northwestern and a PhD in physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He's here today to teach you, and inspire you to teach someone else.

New Studio opening just two blocks north with three fitness rooms, showers, locker room, child care and food café! One block from the "L!" Of course, expansion of the studio, means expansion of our staff!
Current available permanent and intern positions include: Studio Manager, Fitness Instructor*, Dance Instructor (all genres), Nutritionist/Dietician, Child Care Supervisor, Public Relations/Social Media Rep and Membership Sales Coordinator. Starting up again this fall. The Running Club participates in weekly runs. The Beginner Run Training Program focuses on running and strength training for beginners, but all levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate. Special information sessions and seminars for runners are also included. See information from our past Spring Training informational flyer.
