Fit & Fierce Fitness Challenge 2012 Challenge is an incentive program designed to help participants make positive changes over the course of 8 weeks, in order to move towards a long-term healthy lifestyle. Participating in our 60 Day Fitness Challenge is an excellent way to not only lose unwanted pounds and inches, but also increase your strength, tone and sculpt your muscles, improve confidence and keep you looking and feeling great! Get an early bird discount of $25 if we receive your entry form by Thursday, February 16, 2012! The non-refundable entry fee for this challenge is $249 (Solao Annual Member Fee: $149). All weigh-ins, coaching sessions, workshops, and prizes are included in this fee. Special Events may be at an additional charge. Participants must be willing to commit to at least 5 hours per week to exercise and counseling/workshops. Counseling may include morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend times. Unlimited Fit Plus classes and a Solao Select 15 Class Pass are included with your entry fee. Contestants must participate in at least 2 Fit Plus classes per week, as well as bi-weekly meetings/weigh-ins with coaches and other lifestyle experts. Participants will keep a daily journal of all exercise and nutrition, using myfitnesspal.com, a free internet tool.

The Fit Plus: Fit & Fierce Fitness Challenge 2012 kicks off Monday, February 13th with a Sample Workout Class at 6pm and Wednesday, February 15th at 6:30p. Participant orientations will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2012 @ 12:30p and Sunday, February 19, 2012 @ 12:30p. You must register for one of the mandatory participant orientations. Additionally, you can always read and print program guidelines to keep with you.

We will consult with you on your fitness goals, before recommending any fitness plan. We will use this information to customize a program designed especially for you. We want to track your results and help keep you motivated. Please note that 30 minute sessions may only be scheduled after at least one 60 minute session has been completed.

Please keep in mind all personal training packages expire one year from the purchase date. All sessions in a package must be used within one year. Personal training sessions expire when not used within a 90-day consecutive period. Also refunds are not issued for unused sessions.

Solão Boot Camp program has been designed to give your body the ultimate workout. Each training session integrates diverse and dynamic exercise regimes and innovative activities. The program is designed to physically and mentally challenge you on an individual and team oriented level. Boot Camp has been designed so that each challenge that you accomplish will take you another step closer towards improving your personal health and fitness, achieving your goals and continually accomplishing results.
Your Boot Camp instructor will provide continual motivation and support to get you to achieve your goals and more importantly accomplish results.
The exercises and activities conducted in each Boot Camp training session will focus on enhancing: core stability, cardio, endurance, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning and toning. Each training session will comprise diverse activities and exercise, so that you can concentrate on enhancing the areas in which you wish to achieve maximum results. Additionally, boot campers will get free nutrition help and motivation with our monthly seminars and our weekly accountability check-ins following Wednesday’s class.
