Studio Availability

• Studio is available for rehearsals, auditions/classes, private parties and informal showings.
• Studio is available for rental Monday through Sunday. Space must be booked in advance.

Interested in renting Solão Fitness & Dance Studio for rehearsals, auditions/classes or showings? Our studio features large class and rehearsal space with lots of natural light and central air conditioning. Our Studio is located at 1616 N. Western Ave., on the border of two of Chicago's most exciting and thriving neighborhoods, Wicker Park and Bucktown. Your friends won't have to worry about getting parking tickets since on-street parking is a breeze in front of, or near the Studio. A private, shared parking lot is also available, two blocks from the studio. Discounts are available for frequent rental and/or single rental periods over 4 hours.

• Monday - Thursday: $55/hr
• Friday - Sunday: $70/hr
• Private Party Rental: starting at $125/hr
• Please note: The Studio is rented on an hourly basis only. The rental period begins at the time you and/or members of your group first arrive at the studio and ends when the last person leaves.

Solão Fitness is your ‘one stop’ destination, with a wide variety of private party service options to support sustained health and well-being. We can bring parties directly to you or a designated place – fun and convenient. You'll have the option to select specialized needs and interests read below.

 

Options

• One hour private class of your choice
• Gift Bag for the Guest of Honor
• Table setup available to bring in catering.

 

Pricing

• $35 per person
• Minimum $200 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation
• $50 for each additional half hour (up to an additional 1 ½ hours)
• Additional charges may apply

Additional Terms

Please note there is a minimum number of at least 10 guests per booking. If your party falls below 10 guests you must make up the price difference among the smaller group. All guests attending the party at the Studio must pay the fee quoted above. Discounts may be arranged in advance for pregnant and injured guests who may not be able to fully participate in the class.

 

To confirm your booking,we require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit must be paid via credit/debit card. If you need to reschedule your party for any reason we require at least 7 days written/email notice. Within 7 days of your party there are no refunds nor can we reschedule your party. A cancellation within 48 hours before your scheduled party date will result in the full charge of the party to your credit card.
